•       Booking details, via Ticket Tailor, for workshop bookings

•       Manage workshop bookings via Ticket Tailor

•       Send you email campaigns, such as new designs, seasonal updates or workshop dates, if you have agreed to hear from us

We use Squarespace's built-in email marketing tool, Squarespace Email Campaigns, to send occasional emails such as new wreath designs, seasonal updates or workshop dates. If you get in touch through our website contact form, your details are stored within Squarespace. We will only add you to our email campaigns with your clear consent, for example by asking you to confirm you're happy to hear from us, rather than simply because you contacted us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

7. Payments and Bookings

Product purchases are handled through Etsy. Workshop bookings are handled via Ticket Tailor. These platforms process your data according to their own privacy policies.

We use cookies on our website, including analytics cookies via Squarespace, which help us understand how visitors use our site.
